Is there any regulation for media uploaded to BotStar?
All kinds of media uploaded to BotStar should be optimized and sizes less than 5MB. On the other hand, BotStar supports all format types of photo, video and audio.
Is there any regulation for pictures used in Horizontal List?
The pictures on website and Facebook Messenger are cropped automatically. Please find the guidelines on the sizing below for the best displaying:
Horizontal block: 1.91 x 1 (width x height)
Vertical block: 1 x 1 (width x height)
Vertical block (first banner item if enabled): 1.91 x 1
How can I test chatbot in different language?
To test chatbot in different languages, in
Preview mode, open Setup Preview Profile. Click on locale of sample user and choose the language you want to check.
What will happen when I remove a language from multilangual bot?
The content of that language will dissappear on bot. However, anytime you want to take it back, enable that language again in

Update. After republishing your bot, please delete the conversation with bot in your personal inbox and start over again to test bot.
Make sure your blocks are valid. If there's an error in any blocks, they're not allowed to send to users. Some common errors can be:
There's an empty or wrong formatted element - you might have added an element but left them empty; or you insert invalid data for it. Please carefully check your blocks.
There's a button/ quick replies that doesn't have a destination - make sure each button/ quick reply of a block has a valid destination (a block, a URL, a phone number or an email address).
