Inbox feature. It contains some elements:
In this section, you can filter your chat users and search for a particular user.
This contains inbox messages between your bot and chat users.
This is a user profile
You can search and filter conversations. It is very useful if your bot runs on multiple platforms.
Bot operator can find a conversation with chat user by searching his or her name.

Or you can filter taken-over conversations to manage and chat with users easily. Click on this symbol below.

You can also search for a conversation by time, including Newest or Oldest.
Especially, you can manage conversations coming from different platforms here. All Channels includes Messenger or Website
On the right hand side, bot operator will see the user information, including user status, timezone, gender, locale and tags.
You can also add tag manually for chat user in user profile.
As you can see from the picture below, you can tag to categorize the users. For example, you can tag "potential customer" to easily manage and track customer's status to analyse the consumer behavior as well as market segmentation later. Here is the result after adding tag:
Also, you can enable
Human Takeover in the User Profile.
Human Takeover is a necessary part of operating the bot, allowing the bot to stop chatting with users and let human operator takeover the conversation. After enabling this feature, you can adjust the timing of Session Expiry by clicking on the countdown timer from User Profile.
