There are Confirmed Event Update, Post Purchase Update, Account Update which are available in BotStar.

In case you did not use the Add to Campaign block or Tag block in the flow but you want to send a Campaign message to chat users, you can use our Bulk action. Firstly, go to Audience in Report and Insight. Then, choose all the Audience or select some specific audiences. Now you can add tag to them or add them to a Campaign. After that, create a campaign as usual.

5. Why I have set up Campaign but the Campaign does not work?

There are several issues if the campaigns do not work.

  • You can check whether the status of the Campaign and its messages are Active or not
  • Also, check the Trigger points whether you have set up the Message tags for messages outside 24 hours.
  • Please remember that message can only be sent to users who have interacted with chatbot during 24 hours. Otherwise, message could not be delivered to chat users.
